Overview
Rubber Magnet
Rubber magnets are composed of ferrite magnetic powder (SrO·6Fe₂O₃), polyethylene (CPE), and other additives such as EBSO and DOP. They are manufactured through extrusion or calendering processes.
These magnets can be isotropic or anisotropic, and are flexible, twistable, and rollable. They can be used directly without additional machining, or cut and shaped to specific dimensions. Optional finishing processes include PVC lamination, adhesive backing, or UV coating. The magnetic energy product ranges from 0.60 to 1.50 MGOe.
